To celebrate Men’s Health Week, the Crystal Brook Men’s Shed hosted a Shed Mates Muster on June 15. Shed members from across the Mid North, and from Clare to Whyalla and Bute came together to listen to guest speakers on topics of mental health and physical well-being.
